I am seventy two years old and have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s. In my early twenties I suffered an injury to my right ankle that prevents me from being able to run or jump. These conditions had made it increasingly hard for me to get around.

A year and a half ago I started training with Kat. She looked at my mobility issues and designed a training program to help strengthen my muscular deficiencies and improve my balance. It is an ongoing process with the exercises always changing.

There have been times when I thought I would never be able to do some new exercise. Things like deep squats, speed walking and the battle rope were really daunting to me but after a few mouths I got the hang of it. Also, my ability to walk fairly rough treks, like hiking on a glacier in Chile for example are now doable. Kat is very determined, patient and methodical, because of this she gets results.

I am an active guy, with her help I have been able to substantially improve my mobility. I highly recommend Kat as a trainer.
