I had watched Kat do her workouts with another woman at Lake Merritt for about two years. I told myself that when I was ready to commit I'd take the leap and start working out with her.  Even from far away, I can see her commitment to her client. I would think, "my god, she must be a great trainer if she can get her client to come out day in and day out and work out at 6am every morning, even during the rain! My instinct was correct. Kat is not only committed, but will make you feel that she truly cares about your entire overall well being. Your workouts will be bespoke to your physical and mental capacity. She will inch you along and then catapult to your limits. My goal in working out with Kat was to just be consistent in my workout meaning, working out 2-3 times a week at least for a year. I accomplished this and then some. Thank you Kat.
