A Parkinson’s diagnosis hits with a large thud.  It feels inevitable that decline in life’s pleasures is right around the corner.  Reading from a lot of sources made me realize I could fight back with exercise.  When I asked my neurologist about Physical Therapy she said I didn’t need it, but had been recommending a trainer who had helped one of her other patients.  When I started working with Kat I felt better physically and mentally.  She knows intuitively how to push for all important balance, strength, and mental clarity.  And she pushes hard!  One year after working with her I returned to the doctor and was told it appeared my symptoms were better.  I couldn’t be more grateful for our time working together.
